The Center for Integrated Circuits and Systems (CICS) is located on the campus of the University of Texas at Dallas in Richardson, Texas, U.S.A. It was established in September 1999 to bring together people working in the general area of integrated circuits and systems. CICS is dedicated to conduct collaborative research and develop excellence in integrated circuits and systems design. Currently CICS has eight faculty members and several graduate and undergraduate students who are investigating various systems related research. CICS is lead by Prof. Poras T. Balsara.
